relish a challenge in a fast-paced boutique agency environment. Previous Event Management
experience of complex corporate events of over 1,000 attendees
is essential, ideally in an agency and IT Sector experience is preferential but not key to the selection process. There will be the opportunity for international travel, working on a variety of events across the UK, Europe and elsewhere. Principal responsibilities for the Event Project Manager: End to end project management of events and associated projects Researching, advising and developing events – making memorable events! Preparing and maintaining client proposals and budgets Managing multiple clients and events simultaneously Working closely with internal teams including creative and registration Developing relationships with external suppliers, including contracting, briefing and managing on-site Travel to client and supplier meetings Budget Management and project admin Event delivery onsite – UK and Worldwide Essential Experience & Skills: 5+ Years Event management experience in a corporate environment incorporating overseas experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint Budget management and financial awareness Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation - excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent organisation skills Great communicator with the ability to inspire your clients Pro-active and show initiative Ability to work well under pressure Hours:
09.00 – 17.30 hours Mon – Fri with some evening and weekend work required. Location:
Newnham, Baldock – own transport required due to rural location. Salary:
