Management responsibilities

Event Planning and Execution - Collaborate with the Regional Marketing Managers and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive event plans that align with business goals. Coordinating all aspects of events, including venue selection, logistics, staffing, catering, and audio-visual arrangements. Leading Generation and Follow-up: Implement lead capture methods during events.

Leadership skills and experience

• Proven experience as an events professional, preferably in a B2B or SaaS company, with a focus on HR-related events as an extra bonus.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal teams, external partners, and event attendees.
