The Company This not for profit, membership organisation holds a member base of around 3,000 with a true commitment to their industry field and a vision of building trust and driving excellence across their professional sector. Their small team of 25 are dedicated to implementing an ambitious strategy focused on campaigning, making improvements in legal representation and supporting society with steps to positive change. Events sit at the heart of the organisation with the existing team delivering a portfolio of training, conference and hybrid events to share key industry news, knowledge and developments. Their supportive team offers a fantastic culture with a flexible approach and a brilliant opportunity for collaboration. The Role They are now seeking a Senior Events Manager to lead the operational delivery of their annual portfolio of event projects. Responsibilities will be broad and include: Scheduling the annual events calendar Managing the end-to-end delivery of the event portfolio and specific projects Collaborating with key stakeholders including members, speakers, etc. Coordinating supplier onboarding, briefing and management Overseeing the management of content alongside internal committees Liaising with delegates and speakers including email campaigns Managing individual event budgets and yearly financial tracking Line managing a small team of 3 Event Managers Optimising processes and strategies internally The Candidate We are seeking candidates from a corporate event management background (ideally association, client side, charity or conference organiser) with proven experience in senior level event delivery from scheduling through to onsite management. Candidates must also have team management experience or a background in mentoring junior team members. Vacancy reference: LKS12519
