Senior Events Producer (Virtual) This role is at the center of our Holding team. We’ve got a mix of skills here, from Finance and Hospitality to Recruitment, People & Culture, and Marketing. Think of us as the backbone of the company, keeping things running smoothly and helping out everywhere we can. We're the ones who answer questions, toss around ideas, offer support, and plan those fun outings and initiatives everyone loves. We’re the reliable crew that everyone counts on to keep things rolling. JOB PURPOSE: Are you someone who knows how to make an event unforgettable? We’re looking for a Senior Events Producer to bring creativity, innovation, and some magic to DEPT's most impactful events—think DEPT Festival, our trend sessions, and flagship industry gatherings. If you’re great under pressure, full of fresh ideas, and ready to lead events that truly stand out, let’s chat! As our Senior Producer, you’ll be the driving force behind DEPT's biggest events. You’ll own everything from crafting the vision to handling all the fine details. Your role will involve leading brainstorms on the latest trends, scouting top speakers, and experimenting with cutting-edge event tech to keep experiences fresh and engaging. Your mission? To create seamless, standout events that spark conversation long after they're over. You'll work closely with senior leaders to bring their messages to life for our audiences. From shaping the agenda to refining every last detail, you’ll make each event both meaningful and memorable. You’ll collaborate closely with the global marketing team, an exceptional events squad, and commercial teams across different regions. With audiences around the world, some travel will be part of the job—so if you’re up for that, even better! YOU: You have 5 years of event production experience in an international setting and are passionate about delivering high-quality events. Comfortable working with senior leaders and diverse teams, you keep everyone aligned and make collaboration look easy. You're interested in exploring new technologies for events, ensuring each experience feels modern and interactive. You have a strong understanding of broader marketing strategy and can support the creation of landing pages, social media communications plans, and other marketing materials to drive engagement and achieve campaign goals. Juggling multiple projects doesn't faze you—you handle tight deadlines with a positive, "we've got this" attitude. You're in tune with the latest in culture, tech, and business, always bringing fresh insights to your work. You set high standards for yourself and take pride in delivering events that genuinely impress. You enjoy being in our DEPT office, contributing to a lively and enjoyable work environment. WE OFFER An excellent salary based on experience and equal pay policies; Hybrid working: you have the choice to work from our office or remotely, and we have core working hours where you can choose your start and finish times to suit you; Pension, free private healthcare, mental health support, and company sick pay scheme; 26 days paid holiday with the opportunity to buy extra days; Refreshments are provided in the office all week, as well as drinks at 4 pm on a Friday; We celebrate successes by rewarding teams when big projects go live and honouring the year’s top achievements at our annual awards ceremony; A reputation for doing good.
