Position Overview: We seek a smart, organized, and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to support a busy entrepreneur in e-commerce and real estate ventures. This role requires exceptional communication skills, multitasking abilities, and attention to detail. You'll play a pivotal role in managing daily operations, calendars, and family-related responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities: Manage and respond to emails; organize and file correspondence. Oversee full calendar management, ensuring all meetings, deadlines, and events are coordinated. Conduct daily check-ins (30-60 min) to review ongoing tasks, emails, and calendar updates. Perform research for business and personal needs. Ensure timely payment of invoices, mortgages, and bills. Coordinate family appointments and align schedules with spouse. Prepare and organize bookkeeping statements for accounting. Book flights and accommodations, utilizing points and travel rewards systems. Make reservations and manage travel arrangements. Provide problem-solving and support for various ad-hoc tasks. Handle Vendor Communication: Coordinate with vendors or service providers for real estate properties or e-commerce operations. Qualifications: Native or Fluent English speaker. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in travel planning, financial coordination, and calendar management. Tech-savvy and comfortable with email and task management tools. Proactive, self-starter capable of managing responsibilities independently. Discretion and Confidentiality: Proven ability to handle sensitive business and personal information with care. Project Management Skills: Experience managing multiple overlapping projects with changing priorities. Time Zone Flexibility: Availability to adjust working hours for critical meetings or urgent tasks. Interest in Learning: Enthusiasm to understand real estate, e-commerce, or other business ventures.
