We are working with one of the largest facilities firms in the UK, who are looking for a new member of the team to work for a very prestigious client in the heart of Mayfair, London.
Key Details:
Up to £65,000 salary depending on experience Monday to Friday site based 8:30am-6pm You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met
What you'll be doing:
Supervise service staff and external contractors, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard Manage budgets and expenses related to both soft and hard services, ensuring cost-effective solutions Manage the delivery of both soft services (catering, cleaning, security) and hard services (building maintenance, HVAC, electrical systems) Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections and risk assessments Develop and implement maintenance and service schedules to ensure regular and effective delivery of all service
Qualifications & Skills:
You must have the right to work in the UK 5+ years' experience in facilities management, with expertise in both soft and hard services Experience working in a hedge fund/ finance or similar environment that is fast paced Knowledge of building systems, maintenance processes, and service delivery best practices Strong leadership skills and experience leading a team Familiarity with relevant software for facilities and service management Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
