Please read on! The role We are looking to recruit an experienced and established lawyer at Associate/Senior Associate level to join our successful Family Team. The role will involve handling a varied case load of privately funded family matters. Examples of our work: Divorce and dissolution High value Financial Remedy cases Children Act and Schedule 1 proceedings Nuptial Agreements Arbitration Key duties will include: Client contact including building trust and rapport and managing expectations Legal advice Drafting applications, deeds and agreements Advocacy Requirements The ideal candidate should have experience of running their own private caseload. They will be highly organised and have the ability to multitask and work independently. Applicants should be comfortable working in a diverse and busy team. Excellent I.T skills and attention to detail are essential. They will have a methodical approach to work with strong verbal and written communication skills and advocacy experience is a must.
