Successful applicants will be responsible for their own caseload dealing with all aspects of Private Family matters, areas to include:

Financial Settlements
Property adjustment/ Transfer of assets
Children
International /Cross border considerations.
Preservation of assets
Asset freezing injunctions
Cohabitation and financial interests in land and property

Hybrid working available.
