• Build trusted producer champions who influence adoption across the sector.
• Owning the national strategy for engaging primary producers, aligned to programme milestones and commercialisation pathways.
• Designing clear, repeatable pathways through awareness, trial, validation, adoption and championing.
• Ensuring robust capture of ROI, productivity, sustainability and impact data.
• Leading and developing a team of Primary Producer Engagement Managers and the Farm Network Manager.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant leadership, project, operations, people-management, or stakeholder experience is useful.
