Company van, pension, health cash plan, death in service, 22 days annual leave The role of the Senior Field Service Engineer - Biomass & Commercial Gas Boilers will involve: Field Service Engineer position promoting the servicing, testing, inspection, repairs and installation of Biomass & Commercial Gas Boilers. Carry out Planned & Reactive maintenance tasks on commercial heating systems to include pumps, control valves, pressurisation units, and associated Mechanical / Electrical Services including Control Systems, Fuel Stores and augers. Transition quickly into the Biomass sector by attending bespoke training courses and on-site learning workshops relevant to the plant being maintained. Respond promptly to breakdowns and equipment failures, diagnosing issues and implementing repairs using own initiative engineering experience to minimize downtime. Maintain accurate records of all work performed on site, via company tablet and cloud-based asset management software. Provide excellent customer service, integrating with client representatives on site and building strong relations with key members of our client's team. Collaborate with internal team members and other departments to ensure seamless operations. The ideal applicant will be a Senior Field Service Engineer - Biomass & Commercial Gas Boilers with: Must have plumbing and heating installation experience. Ideally will have experience dealing with commercial plumbing systems or biomass systems. NVQ (or equivalent) in Commercial Plumbing & Heating or related. Support engineers rota schedule, for a reliable out of hours service. Technically astute. Excellent communication and customer service skills. A highly motivated individual, who is flexible and has an excellent work ethic. Must hold full UK driving licence.
