Job Purpose: The Senior Finance Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting for our organisation. This position requires a combination of technical proficiency, analytical skills, and effective communication to contribute to the financial health and strategic decision-making of the company. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Collaborate as a Business Partner with cross-functional teams to gather, analyse, and interpret financial data. Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to support strategic decision-making. Develop and maintain financial spreadsheet models to aid in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning. Monitor key financial metrics and provide insights to improve financial performance. Support the preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards. Assist in the implementation and improvement of financial systems and processes. Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations for performance improvement. Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices in financial reporting. What we are looking for in you: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy. Proactive and able to take initiative. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Time management and organizational skills. Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis or reporting
