About the team and the role
At ORL, the FP&A and Finance Systems team is split into 3 teams: Reporting, Planning and Finance Systems and ensure the C-Suite is equipped with the insight it needs for strategic and tactical decision making through KPIs, data visualisation and story telling in our Board Reporting, Budgets, Forecasts and 5 year planning.
This role sits in the Reporting team, and plays a crucial role in understanding the levers of successful performance in our growth and profitability objectives. The team is agile, it has high exposure, a mindset of continuous improvement and enables a fantastic overview of the full business P&L and balance sheet.
What you'll do With support from the FP&A Graduate Analyst, preparation and coordination of Weekly Trade reporting with key responsibility to deliver insightful analysis on performance trends Lead on key Finance projects outside of the routine FP&A
