As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in providing financial insight and driving strategic decision-making across the organisation. You will act as a key business partner, collaborating with stakeholders across departments to deliver actionable insights that enhance performance and align with organisational objectives. Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making. Develop and maintain robust financial models to evaluate business performance and forecast future outcomes. Partner with budget holders and senior leaders to provide expert financial advice, ensuring alignment with financial objectives. Monitor financial performance, identify trends, and recommend actionable strategies for improvement. Lead on the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Support the development and implementation of cost-saving initiatives and efficiency programs. Provide financial input into project evaluations, business cases, and policy reviews. Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, ensuring financial risks are identified and mitigated effectively. Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting standards. Essential Skills and Experience:

Qualified Accountant (CA / CIMA / ACCA) Proven experience in a finance role with a strong focus on analysis and business partnering. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial audiences. Advanced proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Excel.
