Senior Finance Analyst (hybrid)

Your role will be heavily focused upon analysing financial performance and turning it into a story for shareholders and senior stakeholders within the business. Applicants must be studying ACCA or CIMA and will have a proven track record of working in management accounts or financial analysis. Description You will be working as part of the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team, and will be reporting into the FP&A Manager. Your duties will include, but will not be limited to: Assisting with monthly forecasting, annual budgeting and the 3 year planning process. Business partnering finance and non-finance stakeholders across the business, which will include collating and challenging the accuracy of financial information. Producing performance reports for shareholders, which will include finance and non-financial information, analysis, commentary and strategic recommendations. Supporting the FP&A Manager with presenting reports, analysis and recommendations to senior stakeholders, including the Finance Director and Managing Director. Driving process improvements to improve efficiency.
