Your role will be heavily focused upon analysing financial performance and turning it into a story for shareholders and senior stakeholders within the business. Applicants must be studying ACCA or CIMA and will have a proven track record of working in management accounts or financial analysis. Description You will be working as part of the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team, and will be reporting into the FP&A Manager. Your duties will include, but will not be limited to: Assisting with monthly forecasting, annual budgeting and the 3 year planning process. Business partnering finance and non-finance stakeholders across the business, which will include collating and challenging the accuracy of financial information. Producing performance reports for shareholders, which will include finance and non-financial information, analysis, commentary and strategic recommendations. Supporting the FP&A Manager with presenting reports, analysis and recommendations to senior stakeholders, including the Finance Director and Managing Director. Driving process improvements to improve efficiency. Profile To apply for this position you will: Be studying CIMA or ACCA Have a proven track record of working in management accounts or financial analysis Have excellent communication skills and the ability to partner with individuals at varying levels Have the ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic work environment Job Offer £40,500 - £47,500 (dependent upon experience) Full study support for CIMA or ACCA Hybrid working - 1 day PW from home Flexible start and finish hours A 37.5 hour working week Free onsite parking State of the art offices with excellent facilities Life insurance and private health-care Retail discounts Future progression to Finance Manager
