This company is seeking a

Senior Financial Analyst

to join their high-performing FP&A team. You will play a key role in supporting the Sales and Marketing departments, managing budgets, providing financial analysis, and contributing to strategic decision-making.

The role reports to the Senior FP&A Manager, offering an exciting opportunity to work with an innovative organisation that has a strong global presence.

This role is offered with a high degree of flexibility. Ideally, they'd ask that you attend the Manchester office at least one day per week, however they may be flexible for candidates further afield.

Responsibilities Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes for the Sales and Marketing teams. Provide detailed expense management support, including variance analysis and open purchase order reviews. Prepare and present insightful budget vs. actual variance reports. Collaborate with the Accounting team during month-end close activities, including accruals. Support strategic initiatives and decision-making through ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects. Qualifications

Proven experience in financial analysis, preferably within a SaaS or high-growth PE Backed environment. Ideally, you will be a fully qualified accountant (ACA / CIMA / ACCA) Proficiency with budgeting and forecasting tools such as Adaptive, Anaplan, or Hyperion. Advanced Excel skills, including financial modelling and data analysis. Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively across teams. Analytical and proactive mindset, with a strong focus on problem-solving. Why This Role?
