Job Description Day-to-Day Responsibilities for the Senior Finance Analyst: Prepare comprehensive financial models and forecasts for multiple property and housing development projects Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance reporting, budget tracking, and performance metrics Collaborate closely with senior management and project teams to support strategic decision-making Develop and maintain financial reporting systems specific to property investments Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes Provide detailed financial insights and recommendations to support business growth strategies The Successful Applicant Required Experience for the Senior Finance Analyst: Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with minimum 5 years' FP&A experience Proven track record in property or housing financial analysis Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills Experience with financial reporting software and ERP systems Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex financial information clearly Deep understanding of financial principles specific to property development What's on Offer Paying up to £75k!
