We're seeking a
Senior Finance Analyst
to join our highly skilled and dynamic
Finance team . Reporting to our Head of Tax, you will be a specialist in tax.
This pivotal role will operate in a hybrid capacity from our planned Leamington or Guildford office. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the most visionary minds in the automotive field.

Requirements
What you'll do Supporting with the preparation, review and filing of corporation tax returns. Assisting with the preparation of the annual R&D claim. Assisting with the preparation of P11Ds and PSA return. Managing monthly/quarterly VAT compliance activities. Day-to-day customs compliance. Assisting with the annual tax for accounts work. Maintenance/reconciliation of tax related GL codes. Assisting the Head of Tax with research and analysis on tax matters. Supporting the Head of Tax with identification and implementation of tax-saving strategies. Helping build policies and procedures to improve tax efficiency and/or reduce risk. Business partner with key stakeholders in the business providing support from a tax perspective. Ad-hoc projects as and when required. Who you are
Qualified financial accountant (ACA or ACCA) in a practice or in-house role. The ideal candidate will have had experience in managing both direct and indirect taxes. A team player, with resilience, and a willingness to roll up sleeves when required and adapt to change in a scale-up environment. Driven and logically focused. Personable and approachable individual with experience building effective working relationships. CTA qualification is desired but not a requirement. Interview Process
