Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented financial specialist to join our dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in managing our daily accounting, handling of customer complaints, dispute and invoices, financial reporting, and global tax compliance. This position requires a seamless collaboration with our CPA and our core team to ensure meticulous tax compliance and financial operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee all aspects of our daily financial operations Daily use of Stripe for billing and dispute answering Daily use of Quickbooks Manage vendors, invoices, payments Work in close cooperation with our financial service providers, CPA and core team to address any financial issues, minimizing any delays Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior role in finance and accounting. Exceptional numerical aptitude and an unwavering attention to detail. Experience working with modern software and systems, particularly QuickBooks and Stripe Proven ability to navigate challenging situations and receive feedback with professionalism and poise. Self-motivated, with the initiative to reach out proactively to official agencies, vendors, and internal teams. Mature candidates with a robust background in finance will be given preference. Desired Skills: Strong written communication skills in English, with the ability to provide clear and effective feedback. A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement. The capability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines and maintain tax compliance.
