Who we’re looking for:

A super organised Finance professional who enjoys driving process improvements and efficiencies. The challenge:

Working within our Jigsaw Team to produce accurate and timely financial information while collaborating with the wider team to refine workflows. Where you’ll work:

This role will be based in our Hove office on Mondays and Wednesdays, with occasional travel to our London office. Contract length:

This role will be hired on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. Day to day this role will

Produce monthly fixed and variable sales invoices. Deal with sales invoice queries; both internally and externally. Process and reconcile bank deposits and other financial accounts. Pay vendor invoices and track bank account balances. Reconcile and have oversight of client bank accounts. Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and collections. Work with various internal teams to help resolve customer queries. Verify the accuracy of business accounts, highlighting any discrepancies. Who we’re looking for

An AAT qualified professional, or with significant hands-on experience in a transactional finance team, with demonstrable experience:

Problem solving and reconciliations resolution. Dealing with multi currencies and banks. Dealing with monthly and yearly accounts.

An individual with strong attention to detail and organisational skills, able to meet deadlines and prioritise. A committed self-starter. An intermediate Excel user; pivot tables and logical formulas. It’s not essential, but we’d love to hear about it if you have experience with
