Your new role As Senior Finance Business Partner, you will provide financial leadership to the Finance Director and their team. Driving sustainable and profitable performance of business sectors, whilst bringing each project in line with high operating standards, will be crucial in this role. You will be responsible for setting up, monitoring, maintaining, and the improvement of operational and financial KPI's. Alongside always looking for performance improvements and developing and maintaining strong personal relationships, across finance and non-finance.
What you'll need to succeed You will be suitably qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with previous experience of working on high profile commercial projects, with a track record of business partnering at a senior level, ideally within a FMCG or Distribution business. You will have experience and be able to clearly demonstrate examples of driving performance through high level reporting and developing and changing commercial behaviours.
