Key Responsibilities: Manage the month-end process, including cost centre analysis, journal preparation, and performance reporting. Prepare and present detailed financial performance packs to senior stakeholders. Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and insightful analysis. Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to improve overall business performance. Collaborate with teams to enhance financial systems and develop models for strategic decision-making. About You: Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent) with strong management accounting or business partnering experience. Proven track record in delivering results within tight deadlines. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Advanced Excel skills with experience handling complex data.
