As part of our Service Charge team in our Finance directorate, you’ll provide financial services in relation to leasehold and service charges, monthly management reporting, performance reporting, and budget production.

Managing the Finance Business Partners and Finance Officers in your areas of responsibility. Ensuring service chargeable units are identifiable and correctly allocated. Contributing to the service charge project, ensuring full cost recovery and compliance with legislation. Developing budgets and management reporting. Supporting budget holders to develop their financial understanding. Ensuring processes and systems for budgeting and monitoring are set up appropriately. What we’re looking for:
