Job Description Lead financial planning and analysis for key business units Collaborate with various team leaders to drive financial performance Manage the budgeting and forecasting process Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organisational goals Advise on investment strategies and manage financial risk Present financial findings and recommendations to senior management Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards Mentor and guide finance team members The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Finance Business Partner should have: Professional qualification in accounting (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA) Proven experience in a finance business partner role Excellent knowledge of financial forecasting and risk management Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Ability to collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders Exceptional communication and presentation skills Proficiency in finance software and MS Office suite What's on Offer A competitive salary range of £54,000 to £66,000 per annum An opportunity to contribute to a significant Not For Profit organisation A supportive and collaborative working environment A role based in the historic location of Oxford (1-2 days a week) Excellent pension Career progression opportunities within the organisation
