Senior Finance Change Manager
Salary circa £80,000 Do you want to be part of a team responsible for delivering a range of innovative and transformational programs and projects across our business? This is a great role for someone who has strong Change framework experience and excellent delivery discipline, who is passionate about making a difference in Finance. A bit about the job: There is a large Change portfolio in our UK Insurance, Wealth and Retirement (IWR) business over the coming years, and we have a desire to build a permanent Finance Change team of experts to support the volume of transformation on the horizon. Within the role, you will lead on elements of the UK IWR Finance Change Portfolio, working with senior stakeholders. The work will span design, implementation, and business readiness across the Change portfolio. You will be required to mentor team members and constructively challenge partners to drive transformational change and deliver positive outcomes for IWR Finance. Skills and experience we’re looking for: A strong understanding of finance systems and processes Experience in delivering change across a Finance function in line with agreed change management principles A proven track record of stakeholder management and delivering at pace An ability to energize and motivate the team to drive forward and deliver outcomes. Knowledge of industry-leading technology, systems, and processes What you’ll get for this role: Starting
salary
circa £80,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications) Bonus opportunity - 12% of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s. Generous
