About the team and the role At Ocado Retail, our Finance team plays a critical role in supporting the business to drive forward. Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Senior Finance Manager will lead the Accounting Centre of Excellence to own our month-end processes and ensure the integrity of our financial data is delivered to our key finance stakeholders.
What you'll do Lead the Accounting Centre of Excellence:
Take the lead on continuing the set-up and mobilisation of a new team for ORL Finance, ensuring that month-end processes are transitioned away from business partnering teams and develop effective hand-offs and RACI procedures to deliver effectively for key stakeholders in the business. Finance Transformation and Process Improvement:
Deliver a WD2 month-end close process for M&S consolidation in April-25 and on an ongoing basis, working closely with our Finance Transformation team. Finance to Finance Business Partnering:
Manage relationships with Finance Business Partnering teams to ensure effective collaboration and high-quality decision making. Develop the Team:
Coach key individuals to develop the right skills and experiences to support their future growth. Who you are
