The impact you'll have This role is an integral part of the reporting and wider finance team ensuring there is robust control over the balance sheet, identifying and reporting on risks and opportunities. Whilst this role sits in the Reporting team, reporting into the Head of Reporting, there will be strong interactions with Financial Operations, Treasury, and FP&A.

Your day-to-day: Manage the monthly balance sheet reviews to deliver an accurate financial position and high-quality reconciliations, all completed in a timely manner. Produce high-quality monthly balance sheet reporting. Provide quality variance analysis which really understands the key drivers and can identify potential risks and opportunities faced by the business. Drive accurate and insightful analysis on the larger risk areas of the balance sheet being trade creditors, debtors, and associated provisioning. Lead a team and develop them to be subject matter experts across the BS, providing insights and support to the wider finance team and stakeholders within the business. Drive continuous improvement with regards to the team's process and control environment - seeking efficiencies. Ensure reporting is compliant with IFRS and local reporting requirements. Your skillset:

Qualified Accountant 4 years post qualification - ACA/ CIMA/ ACCA. Extremely diligent and delivers on time. Organised, task-focused, and will go the extra mile to get things done. Excellent communicator, in written and oral skills. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Experience in managing, leading, and developing a team. Desirable:

Experience in the tech/ travel sector. G Suite experience. Practice experience. The interview journey:
