Onsite A leading iGaming company is looking for a Senior Finance Manager to take on a fast-paced position, managing the Finance team and reporting to the CFO. Responsibilities: Manage department personnel, which involves direct and indirect responsibilities for interviewing, selection, training, motivating, and performance evaluations. Assign and allocate work in a manner that utilizes employee strengths to efficiently maintain operations. Develop operations processes to enhance the Department. Handle escalated Department questions or issues. Set clear goals by communicating job expectations, appraising work performance, and consistently providing honest positive and negative feedback to employees. Provide employees with training. Consistently review, approve, and submit administrative work prior to established due dates. Experience using accounting software. Minimum Requirements: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience is required. You must be able to travel throughout Europe as required. Prior experience managing a team. Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. Excellent communication skills. Ability to motivate others. The ability to read, write, speak, understand and communicate in English.
