Senior Finance Manager
Morgan McKinley is supporting a leading international Plc based in Bath, to recruit a Senior Finance Manager.
The Role
Working in a high performing and collaborative finance function, this role will be a key member of the team looking after all external reporting including half year and year end. You will be required to prepare statutory financial statements for Group subsidiaries, liaise with the auditors and get involved in technical accounting projects.
This role will also offer an opportunity to get involved with ad hoc accounting and reporting projects related to acquisitions, disposals and integration of acquisitions.
The Person
My client is looking for a Qualified Accountant with strong technical accounting knowledge, and ideally experience of accounting for acquisitions and disposals.
Ideally due to the technical nature of the role you will be practice trained, and Plc experience would be advantageous but not essential.
