Job Summary: We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior Finance Manager to join the finance team. The ideal candidate will be fully ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified, with a strong background in financial analysis, and commercial finance. Experience with a Big 4 accounting firm is desirable. The candidate should possess excellent financial modelling skills, strong proficiency in Excel, and a thorough understanding of cash flow management, balance sheets, and profit and loss (P&L) statements.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's goals and objectives. Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies. Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making. Qualifications:

Fully ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified. Experience with a Big 4 accounting firm is desirable. Minimum of 5-10 years post qualified experience in industry. Strong financial modelling skills and advanced use of Excel. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Thorough understanding of cash flow management, balance sheets, and P&L statements. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. High level of integrity and professionalism. Benefits:
