The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring consistent corporate financial strategy through a range of avenues such as managing and allocating accounts, financial statements, and tax data. The candidate will also be the point of contact for banks, auditors, and tax authorities. Responsibilities Manage the preparation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and reporting. Oversee the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to support business growth and operational goals. Drive initiatives to improve financial processes, cost control, and operational efficiency. Proactively monitor and manage cash flow and working capital. Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence. Qualifications Proven experience as a Financial Controller or Senior Finance Manager in high-growth or technology-driven industry, preferably in automotive. Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis with a focus on operational efficiency. Thorough understanding of financial controls, regulatory compliance, and audit processes. Solid experience with cash flow management, working capital, and risk management.
