Express Recruitment are proud to be working with a leading East Midlands business in their search for a Senior Finance Manager on a permanent basis. The successful applicant will play a strategic role in the business, supporting multiple senior stakeholders across their finance department and the wider organisation.
The ideal candidate will be fully ACCA qualified (or equivalent) along with the ability to demonstrate strong commercial acumen and evidence of extensive strategic financial background.

Key Responsibilities
Provide finance business partnering advice to senior management, influencing on key areas such as policy formulation through financial modelling & budgeting Change management – work with other finance stakeholders to design and implement finance process changes Management accounting & financial planning – conduct SWOT analyses on different business units and deliver any changes in strategy identified Oversee the induction of a new finance planning software to assist with forecasting and budgeting Skills & Experience
Proven Commercial Finance experience at a strategic level Fully ACCA or equivalent qualified with extensive experience within a similar role Excellent stakeholder management skills to work across multiple business units Ability to showcase successful planning and implementation skills Detailed knowledge of funding partners & their systems A creative and proactive mindset About Express Recruitment
