Our client, a heavyweight international City law firm has an exceptional opportunity for a Senior Finance Solicitor with fund finance experience for 12 months on a fixed term contract or daily rate (PAYE or umbrella). The role is due to start in February or March. The firm is open to individuals seeking to work 4 to 5 days a week.
Joining a leading fund finance practice, this team has been shaping the market since its inception, advising on innovative financing solutions across key global jurisdictions
Key Responsibilities:
Provide legal advice on a broad range of fund finance matters.
Lead and manage transactions, ensuring high-quality, timely delivery.
Stay updated on market developments and regulatory changes.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering commercially focused solutions.
Collaborate with colleagues across different practice areas and global offices.
Candidate Profile:
Qualified Finance lawyer with ideally 7+ PQE including fund finance experience.
Strong academic credentials (minimum 2:1 degree).
Experience at a leading law firm with a strong reputation in this space.
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
Strong commercial awareness and ability to work effectively in a team.
