Senior Financial Analyst HQ: Ashford (only need to be in the office once a month) We Do Group are delighted to be managing an exclusive search to hire a new Senior Financial Analyst to join a global multibillion turnover business. The key for this role is having the right attitude – someone who is people centric, commercial and who likes adding value. We are ideally looking for a qualified accountant (open to active studiers with the right experience) For this role you’ll need at least a minimum of 3 years FP&A experience with exposure in dealing with large sets of data. In this role you’ll be working closely with the Finance Business Partner in providing financial and commercial decision support to the sales divisions across the defined geography. Responsibilities Sales revenue and profit margin analysis Pricing variance analysis Assist in the preparation of the quarterly forecasts, annual operating plan, and long-range plan. Insightful financial analysis providing recommendations and decision support. Support business partnering activities such as strategy and pricing initiatives. Weekly sales performance review meetings Assist in the annual sales targets setting process with Country Managers and Regional Business Managers Evaluation of sales team’s performance and calculation of any sales commission due under Sales Incentive Plans per agreement. Ad hoc projects and reports preparation as required. Support general month-end analysis particularly other areas of expenses not directly sales department related. Cross department collaboration in particular demand planning, accounting, HR Responsible for EMEA cost centre review analysis and preparation of month end commentary Full P&L preparation and review Support EMEA finance team with regional projects, integration activities and any other requests. Other duties as assigned by supervisor. Profile Advanced level use of Excel and other Office applications Strong data management skills Experience of Power BI desirable Good knowledge of Oracle, Hyperion, OneStream is preferred
