Job Description The Financial Analyst will play a key role in the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team within Topps Europe Ltd. The candidate will assist in financial reporting, business partnering, forecasting and budgeting. Key Responsibilities Oversee the scheduling and dissemination of critical reporting packages for both internal and external stakeholders. Support the FP&A team in developing monthly and annual forecasts, leveraging Topps' expanding license and geographical portfolio. Collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, production, and logistics to establish robust working relationships, enabling the FP&A team to gain deeper insights. Perform variance analysis to pinpoint key performance drivers by SKU, sales channel, and geography. Review ongoing process optimizations to ensure timely and precise information delivery. Ad hoc analysis and reports to support various business functions. Required Skills, Experience and Competencies 2-3 years experience within an analytical finance role. Strong analytical skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills expected. Experience with D365 or Planning Analytics is preferable but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
