We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team for the UK & Ireland Service and Solutions and Enterprise Accounts as a finance business partner. In “Services & Solutions,” we partner with hospital management and medical leaders to transform care pathways and clinical operations, with a shared goal of improving efficiency and outcomes, increasing patient and staff satisfaction, and optimizing costs. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic initiatives. Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial & business reports. Conduct cost-benefit analyses. Manage fiduciary responsibilities for the S&S business including month-end close, forecasting, journal entries, ensuring adherence in all respects to the Finance Manual. Collaborate with business development, consultancy and operational teams to provide financial insights that support decision-making and improve financial performance in a “one team” mindset. Develop and maintain financial business models to analyse revenue trends, cost drivers, and profitability metrics. Required Knowledge and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional qualification (e.g., CFA, CIMA, ACCA) is preferred. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights. Proficiency in financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels. Proficient in financial software and advanced Excel skills; experience SAP (preferred).
