Act as the primary point of contact for end users seeking assistance with the CPQ system Provide timely and effective front line support through various channels, including email, phone, and chat creating fans among your internal customers Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues, escalating more complex problems to the appropriate teams if necessary
User Feedback and Improvement:
Logging requests in a tracker to surface trends and 'hotspots' of feedback Gather user feedback to identify areas for improvement in the CPQ system Collaborate with the Pricing Operations and Development teams to communicate user requirements and contribute to the enhancement of the CPQ platform
Testing:
Fully participate in testing new features and functionality within CPQ Understanding feature and function impact on all end users
New User Set up, Training and Onboarding:
Collaborating with our IT team, manage new user requests Conduct training sessions for new users to ensure a smooth onboarding process
Documentation:
Maintain existing training materials, documentation, and FAQs to empower users with self-help resources Identify opportunities for additional training and continuous improvement Own the creation of Release notes
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, IT, and Product Development, to ensure alignment between business processes and CPQ system functionality Foster positive relationships with end users to enhance overall user satisfaction
Other:
Prepare presentation materials Support backend table maintenance Coordination with other teams on Pending Approvals and moving quotes through the tool
Who You Are What you'll bring with you:
Bachelor's degree in Technology, Finance or equivalent practical experience Proven experience in a similar role, with a focus on CPQ system support Strong understanding of CPQ processes and configuration. Strong understanding of SFDC process and configuration Understanding of the Agile method of development
