Senior Fire Engineer
will manage projects of varying sizes across diverse sectors, ensuring high standards of fire safety. The Senior Fire Engineer will provide fire safety design advice and report through all the RIBA Stages 1-7. The fire safety team applies all appropriate fire safety code in guidance to the Building Regulations. The Senior Fire Engineer’s Responsibilities include: Providing technical guidance and mentoring junior engineers. Developing commercial opportunities through client engagement and business development. Ensuring compliance with current fire safety legislation and advising on policy updates. Conducting fire engineering assessments, preparing reports, and presenting findings to clients. Working closely with the Head of Fire Engineering, the
Senior Fire Engineer
will also contribute to team development, support project delivery, and liaise with clients on high-profile projects. The Senior Fire Engineer Candidates
ideally
demonstrating: A minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Fire Engineer. BSc, BEng, or higher in Fire Engineering or a related discipline. Associate membership of the Institution of Fire Engineers (AIFireE) or equivalent. Familiarity with FREAWs and compliance regulations is desirable. In Return? Salary : £45,000 – £60,000. 31 days annual leave, including bank holidays, plus options to purchase extra days. Flexible hybrid working opportunities.
