As a Fire Engineer, you will play a key role in the production of fire strategies for various building types across multiple sectors. Key responsibilities include: Producing comprehensive fire strategies for diverse building types Developing fire statements in accordance with London Plan Policy and Gateway One Negotiating with approval authorities on fire safety designs and proposals Conducting peer reviews of fire engineering calculations, including smoke modelling and evacuation analysis Fully understanding and applying UK fire safety legislation Requirements
Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in the Fire Engineering field Broad experience across various projects Member of the Institute of Fire Engineers BEng or CEng in Fire Engineering, or relevant experience Proven experience in a client-engaging environment Familiarity with EWS-1 and PAS 9980 standards What's on Offer
Competitive salary ranging from
£65,000 to £75,000
