A major developer is actively seeking a strong senior fit out manager, to join them on a flagship development in South West London.
This developer has recently started this development which is a 350 unit RC frame project. With a 24 month programme they are looking to bring in a senior fit out manager for early 2025.
As a senior fit out manager, you will be managing all the fit out of several rc frame blocks, overseeing a team of internal site managers and assistant site managers
Your Senior Fit Out Manager duties will include;
Managing several blocks from first fix through to completion
Ensuring H&S is followed out correctly
Planning works
Resolving any technical issues
Reporting into a Project Manager
Overseeing a number of internal SM's & ASM's
Ensuring the fit out is finished to a high standard
To be considered you must;
Have a Black or White CSCS & SMSTS
Minimum 3 years experience in managing residential fit out, as a site manager
Previous experience involved in managing RC Frame blocks on residential schemes from first fix to handover
Main contractor/ developer experience
Longevity with previous employers
