Senior FM – Central London – (Team Management only)- Managing Agent

My client, a leading Managing Agent, seeks a Senior Facilities Manager with experience managing a portfolio in Central London. You will have line management responsibility for a number of BM's, FM's, and AFM's. Another key part of the role will involve close stakeholder engagement with end owners of assets, building key tenants, and supporting on-site teams. Knowledge of ESG, NET Zero, SMART buildings, building Apps, and WELL is essential. It is also crucial that you oversee company initiatives and ensure compliance is achieved across the portfolio. You should have an IOSH/NEBOSH qualification and experience in setting and managing service charge budgets.
