What the role involves

• Be overseeing all of the ladies footwear own-brand product.
• Review technical standards for materials, construction, fit and performance.
• Build meaningful long-term customer relationships at scale.

Skills and requirements

• Requires someone who has experience in women's footwear, who can build strong relationships with suppliers and factories, and keep a firm eye on customers returns and satisfaction.
• Also have experience liaising with warehouse quality inspection teams, providing training and education to other teams on quality and fit standards and be an expert in UK and inter.

Confirmed role details

• Is hybrid, four days in the office and one from home.
• They are however, open to someone wanting to work part-time and do 3-4 days on the office.
• (salary pro-rated).
• In return, the company offers a salary of up to 51k depending on experience, employee discount, pension scheme, and enhanced maternity leave.
