What the role involves

• Leading planning, scoping, and delivery of complex customer implementations from discovery through launch.
• Act as the technical escalation point for integration and implementation challenges, debugging complex issues and designing robust solutions.
• Run technical discovery sessions with customers, translating ambiguous requirements into clear technical solutions.
• Design implementation approaches and influence architectural decisions based on real-world deployment needs.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and other cross-functional teams to align product capabilities with customer requirements.
• Build internal playbooks, improve delivery processes, and mentor junior engineers.

Skills and requirements

• B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 6-8+ years of software engineering, systems engineering, or technical product/program management experience.
• Deep expertise across multiple product domains.
• Manage client expectations, present technical tradeoffs, and influence stakeholders.
