Key Responsibilities: Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and maintain robust financial models to support strategic decision-making. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes. Data-Driven Insights: Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Provide actionable insights to drive profitability and efficiency improvements. Performance Monitoring: Prepare and deliver detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports. Develop KPIs and dashboards to track financial and operational metrics. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with senior leadership, operations, and supply chain teams to align financial strategies with business goals. Support investment and cost-control initiatives with comprehensive financial analysis. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CPA/CFA preferred) - OR - Qualified by experience Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP and BI tools (e.g., SAP, Tableau, or Power BI) is a plus. In-depth understanding of cost management and logistics-related financial metrics. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a track record of influencing decision-making. Why Join Us?
