What the role involves

• Help build the next generation of resilient navigation and RF technology.
• Reporting directly to the Technical Director, you will work on the design and development of advanced FPGA architectures for next-generation PNT and sensor fusion systems.
• Carrying out hardware-level verification and validation to ensure performance and reliability.

Skills and requirements

• Proven experience in FPGA design, implementation, and verification.
• Experience with FPGA development and simulation tools such as Vivado, ModelSim, and QuestaSim.
• Experience implementing communication interfaces including SPI, I2C, UART, and AXI.

Candidate fit

• Integrating communication protocols such as SPI, I2C, UART, and AXI into FPGA-based systems.

Additional role context

• Developing FPGA architectures using VHDL, Verilog, and SystemVerilog.
• Designing high-speed digital systems for real-time applications.
• Implementing and optimising signal processing algorithms including FIR filters and FFTs.
