Senior Frontend Developer Reports to: CTO At Chargehive, we're proudly driving down the cost of revenue operations for subscription-based SaaS companies. We build software to enable subscription management, intelligent billing collection cycles, and automated global tax calculations. Responsibilities: Frontend Development:

Develop and maintain complex frontend applications using

JavaScript/TypeScript (vanilla)

and

Lit . Build reusable and scalable web components. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization. Implement responsive design principles. Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Technical Expertise:

Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies and trends. Proactively identify and address technical debt. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback. Mentor frontend engineers.

Design and User Experience:

Collaborate with designers to implement pixel-perfect UI. Have a keen eye for design and attention to detail. Consider user experience and accessibility in all development work. Provide feedback on design prototypes and wireframes.

Problem Solving:

Troubleshoot and resolve frontend issues. Analyze and optimize application performance. Work independently and take ownership of tasks. Be adaptable and capable of taking on new frontend frameworks and technologies as needed.

Requirements: Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript (vanilla). Experience with Web Components. Experience with Lit/React (Lit preferred). Proven ability to build responsive and scalable frontend applications. Excellent attention to detail and a passion for clean code. A strong understanding of design principles and user experience. Experience with Payment Processing, Live Chat, or Sockets is a plus. Design experience is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
