The Role Ocho have been retained to search for a Senior Front-End Developer. Were seeking a talented Senior Front-End Developer with a sharp eye for design to become a key member of our clients dynamic team. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of creating visually stunning and highly functional user interfaces that elevate the user experience. As a Senior Front-End Developer, you'll lead the development and implementation of user interface components using the latest front-end frameworks and UI libraries. Your work will have a direct impact on how users interact with our products, making your role crucial to our success. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with back-end developers to create seamless UXs - Translate design mockups and wireframes into clean, simple, well-documented and effective code - Optimise application components for maximum performance and scalability - Implement responsive design principles to ensure compatibility across various devices and browsers - Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise Qualifications Minimum of 3 years experience in a senior position, with a strong portfolio showcasing both development and design skills - Proficiency in either Angular or React, with solid understanding of HTML, CSS & JS - Strong knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first development - Familiarity with RESTful APIs and async request handling - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team - Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a strong focus on continuous improvement - Familiarity with Agile principles - Having the right to live and work in the UK Whats in It for You? - Competitive salary up to £60k - Participation in the companys share options scheme - Fully remote position, with regular meetings on (at least) a quarterly basis in either Belfast or London - Access to a Professional Development Allowance scheme of £2,000 per annum - 25 days annual leave plus statutory holidays - Generous maternity and paternity policy This is a unique opportunity for a Senior Front-end developer to advance their career in an innovative, socially-conscious environment.
