You're a Senior Front End Engineer, ideally with 7+ years' experience, who's excited to forge a new way to save. You'll have delivered on large scale projects of work, and will be excited about producing and maintaining high quality systems, including system design and architecture. You work in partnership with relevant teams across an organisation to identify how technology can solve business challenges and will be capable of answering "how and why" technology is designed and delivered. What you'll do: As a Senior Front End Engineer, you will play an active role in an Agile software team, fostering best practice and automation to ensure software quality. As a subject matter expert in your domain, and through working collaboratively, you will get to work on new features and deliver a high quality, resilient product. You will always look to help improve the software engineering processes and practices, and to influence the software architecture. What you'll bring: Expert level JavaScript, CSS and ReactJS Prior use of TypeScript would be beneficial Familiarity with Design Systems, such as Figma/ Invision Experience with testing frameworks, such as Jest, React Testing Lib, Cypress Frontend Code optimisation skills Storybook experience Confident verbal and written communication Stakeholder management Problem solving skills A genuine ability and enthusiasm to coach and guide junior members of the team How we reward you: At Flagstone, the benefits extend beyond false gifts like "fruit and snacks".
