Job Description We’re seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Developer with a strong .NET backend and React frontend expertise. This role is open to mid-level and senior candidates who are passionate about making an impact. Responsibilities Develop and Maintain Applications: Build scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications. API and Microservices Development: Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices using modern frameworks and tools. Code Quality Assurance: Ensure high code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices. Software Development Lifecycle: Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, including planning, coding, testing, deployment, and support. Qualifications Technical Expertise: Commercial experience working with React and .NET Versatility: Experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer working across modern technologies and frameworks, with a willingness to support client projects on a variety of technologies. Learning Agility: Enthusiasm for continuing to learn new technologies as required across client projects. Code Craftsmanship: Ability to craft high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code that meets requirements. Cloud Experience: Familiarity with any of the following cloud-based solutions: AWS, GCP, or Azure. Best Practices: A solid understanding of coding best practices, design patterns, and security, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members. Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and impactfully with internal and external stakeholders. DevOps Practices: Solid knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices. Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
