Senior Full Stack Software Engineer , £85k DOE, London, Hybrid - 1 day a week in office
We're looking for a talented Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join a successful company that's revolutionizing global online commerce. You'll play a key role in developing AI-powered solutions that help small businesses thrive by removing barriers to online trade.
In this role, you'll design, develop, and maintain software systems, working with cross-functional teams to add new features. You'll write efficient code, integrate APIs (REST, GraphQL, RPC), and ensure app performance across devices. You'll also handle testing, debugging, and managing technical debt.
Your expertise in JavaScript, .Net Core, C#, and AWS will be key, along with backend operations and database management. You'll maintain high-quality standards through testing and documentation, including C4 models and workflows, to support team collaboration.
Skills:
At least 5 years of experience with C# and .NET Core, focusing on backend development. Proficient in building scalable, high-performance enterprise SaaS applications. Strong engineering mindset, able to explain why technical decisions were made and their impact on project success. Background in startup/scale-up environments, comfortable working in fast-paced, agile settings. Ability to take ownership of tasks and lead solutions from concept to delivery. Knowledge of building large-scale, distributed systems and experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure).
