About the Role: We seek a technically skilled Senior Fund Controller to take ownership of fund reporting and operational oversight, ensuring accurate and timely financial information delivery. You will play a key role in managing third-party fund administrators, working closely with senior leadership and the wider finance team to support strategic growth and maintain the highest standards in financial reporting. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a blend of technical accounting, process improvement, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Manage the quarterly fund reporting cycle, ensuring deadlines are met accurately and efficiently. Oversee and review financial statements prepared under Lux GAAP for closed-ended Luxembourg-based funds. Develop a deep understanding of fund performance metrics, valuation methodologies, and accounting treatments. Calculate and review portfolio valuations, including NAV calculations and investor reporting. Manage the relationship with third-party administrators, ensuring high standards in service delivery. Review drawdown, distribution, management fee, and waterfall calculations. Support annual audited financial statement preparation and liaise with external auditors and tax advisors. Assist in cash management, FX hedging, and operational processes to optimize fund performance. Contribute to process improvement initiatives, including implementing technology solutions and automation. About You: We seek a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a passion for technical excellence and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have: Strong technical expertise in Lux GAAP with experience in closed-ended alternative investment funds (real estate, private equity, infrastructure, debt or credit). Prior experience managing the reporting cycle and reviewing fund financial statements within real estate, private equity, private debt, or similar investment structures. Experience in managing third-party service providers and fund administrators. Proficiency with financial data analysis, performance metrics, and investor reporting. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
